Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
- Certain items may not be eligible for return (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Personal Hygiene items (including panties)
- Makeup products
- Fragrances (Mens Cologne & Fragrances, perfumes)
- Opened or used bath & body products (lotions, hair care, facial care)
- Food items (Candy, Hard Candy)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below for faster processing.
- Get Approval: We’ll review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship Your Return: Mail your package to our returns center at the address provided in your RAN email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for damaged/incorrect items)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
