We process all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

For international customers:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties
  • These charges are not included in your order total and will vary by country
  • Please check with your local customs office for potential fees before ordering

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Personal Care Store purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a simple return process within 15 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personal Hygiene items (including panties)
  • Makeup products
  • Fragrances (Men’s Cologne & Fragrances, perfumes)
  • Opened or used bath & body products (lotions, hair care, facial care)
  • Food items (Candy, Hard Candy)

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below for faster processing.
  2. Get Approval: We’ll review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail your package to our returns center at the address provided in your RAN email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for damaged/incorrect items)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
